If the idea of helping shape an O&amp;M program from the ground up — not just executing an existing one — excites you, we want to hear from you. </span></span><span> <br></span><span> <br></span><span><span>Key </span><span>Responsibilities:</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Operations</span></span></span><span><br></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop a deep understanding of each system's behavior, proactively </span><span>identify</span><span> emerging issues, and coordinate corrective action with field services and engineering. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify</span><span> opportunities to improve processes, response times, and SLA performance — and help build the SOPs that scale them across the fleet. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Help uphold our 99.7% power reliability record and contribute to department profitability. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>System Maintenance</span></span></span><span><br></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate and conduct routine maintenance (typically bi-annual) covering inverter, PV, BESS, generator, structural, and mechanical systems. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for third-party service providers and regional subcontractors. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Documentation &amp; O&amp;M Program Development</span></span></span><span><br></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain </span><span>accurate</span><span>, audit-ready records of all service activity — installation, maintenance, repairs, and incidents. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Generate work orders, hazard analyses, field service reports, incident reports, and customer-facing performance reports.</span><br></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Help build out and improve our CMMS and documentation tracking system, including PM checklists, asset registries, and spare parts inventory. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Contribute to the standardization of O&amp;M templates, escalation playbooks, and root cause analysis workflows as we scale the department. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Troubleshooting &amp;
