Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to align project goals with owner expectations, adhering to contract specifications and upholding the highest standards. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us.</p>\n<h2>How You Will Make an Impact</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages all aspects of the project, from construction to budget and cash management, ensuring everything aligns with the project contract and owner requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing needs, and equipment resources to ensure timely and accurate project completion. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviews initial project contracts and supporting documents for completeness, and collaborates with the owner to resolve any specification, contract conflicts, and scheduling issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads engineering and scheduling teams to identify and negotiate proposed change orders, with support from the Area Manager as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepares and presents monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports to Flatiron leadership. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains strong working relationships with Flatiron supporting departments and the project owner to support the project work plan and payment schedule. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Serves as the main point of contact for all third-party stakeholders, including landowners, local business owners, and government agencies involved in the project. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviews and approves all internal and external media news releases related to the project. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures project safety by conducting weekly safety checks, participating in safety meetings, and supporting both project and owner safety programs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Approves staffing and equipment needs to ensure efficient and effective project production. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participates in the dispute resolution process with support from internal legal counsel. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides input on equipment procurement methods and contracts to ensure efficient project production. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads project closeout procedures, finalizes contract paperwork, obtains retainages, and works with management to resolve any project claims. Conducts project debriefs to review all aspects of project work and completion. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>15+ years’ experience in construction project management required. </li>\n <li>10 + years’ experience in managing personnel required. </li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field a plus. </li>\n <li>Proven experience in bid-build, CMCG, design build and other alternative delivery projects required. </li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills proven to engage and retain positive working relationships. </li>\n <li>Strong proven skill to identify, track and manage project risk. </li>\n <li>Proven ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple departments and direct reports to retain focus on one project completion goal and timeline. </li>\n <li>Proven ability to identify growth opportunities for project personnel and developed to coach and mentor project personnel. </li>\n <li>Proven ability to delegate task driven responsibilities to project personnel. </li>\n <li>Proven knowledge and ability to analyze and interpret financial documentation to identify and mitigate project risk. </li>\n <li>Advanced and proven interpersonal skills with internal and external contacts. </li>\n <li>Effective delegation skills to drive efficient, accurate and profitable project completion. </li>\n <li>Strong ability to appropriately recover funds from claim and dispute resolution. </li>\n <li>Intermediate to advanced skills in managing multiple departments and direct reports to retain focus on one project completion goal and timeline. </li>\n <li>Strong, inherent ability and drive to negotiate terms of agreement for project work, budget and fund recovery in the project’s best interest.</li>\n <li>Strong internal branding and sales knowledge to constantly promote yourself and the Company brand. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why Join Our Team</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>USD $130,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>USD $190,000.00/Yr.",
