This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges while balancing the needs of property owners, clients, and project stakeholders. You’ll coordinate acquisitions, negotiate with landowners, conduct title research, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while helping projects move forward successfully.</p>",
