    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented <strong>Housekeeper</strong> to join our team at <strong>Christian Care – Cottonwood Campus</strong>, a senior living community. In this essential role, you will help ensure our senior residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas while upholding the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a<strong> PRN position, working one day, approximately 4 hours per week</strong>, offering flexible hours based on the needs of the residents and your availability. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean resident apartments, common areas, and restrooms following established procedures</li>\n <li>Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment, including vacuums and floor care tools</li>\n <li>Assist with light building cleaning, laundry duties, and trash removal</li>\n <li>Maintain clean and orderly outside entryways</li>\n <li>Follow daily task lists and report maintenance issues as needed</li>\n <li>Handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively</li>\n <li>Communicate courteously with residents, staff, and visitors </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card</li>\n <li>Previous housekeeping experience in a facility setting preferred</li>\n <li>Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Able to read and understand written instructions and policies in English</li>\n <li>Must pass a drug screening and have a current TB test (or obtain one prior to hire)</li>\n <li>Must be willing to complete additional training as offered</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Free meal provided during lunch working hours. </li>\n <li>Daily pay option available.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and paid sick leave.</li>\n <li>403b company matched retirement plan.</li>\n <li>Career Growth Opportunities.</li>\n <li>The company provides a $15,000 life insurance payout, with the option to purchase additional coverage.</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program and much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Christian Care Cottonwood is a not-for-profit Christian Care Community providing over 40 years of affordable senior housing to our residents while promoting their quality of life and independence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re a mission-driven organization that values and supports our dedicated team.
