Location/Territory: Based out of San Jose, CA; Our service area extends throughout the East and South Bay and its neighboring communities.

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative (FSR) who is passionate about helping homeowners improve their living environments. If you are a results-driven professional who loves solving problems and winning over clients, we want you on our team.
Why it Matters
As an FSR, you are the face of Service Champions. You aren't just "running calls"—you are conducting deep-dive needs analyses to help clients upgrade their electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. From rooftops to crawlspaces, you’ll be the expert who ensures every homeowner gets exactly what they need to stay comfortable and safe.
What You’ll Do
The Technical Deep Dive: Perform comprehensive home surveys, physically accessing crawlspaces, basements, and utility closets to inspect lines and take accurate measurements of pipe runs, slope gradients, and fixture clearances.
Engage & Close: Present improvement and replacement options clearly, getting clients "happily engaged" with our world-class products.
Own the Process: Manage your own sales pipeline, completing documents within 24 hours and arranging payments.
Collaborate: Partner closely with our Production teams to ensure the job is executed seamlessly and the client is 100% satisfied.
Live the Values: Represent Service Champions' core values in every interaction, from the first greeting to the final contract.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Pros: You must obtain a valid CSLB Home Improvement Sales (HIS) License upon hire.
Physical Agility: Ability to navigate all areas of a home, including attics and basements.
Reliability: Punctuality is non-negotiable.
Detail-Oriented: You have a keen ability to manage multiple tasks, handle complex paperwork, and make smart judgments in tricky situations.
Sales Acumen: Proven experience in a high-priority sales environment.
Technical Literacy: A foundational understanding of (or the ability to quickly learn) residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to provide accurate recommendations.
Administrative Accuracy: High attention to detail regarding contracts, Fee for Service sheets, and payment processing.
Communication Excellence: The ability to listen actively to client needs and translate technical jargon into clear, value-based options for homeowners.
Next Steps: After a conditional offer, all candidates will complete a background check, drug test, MVR, and reference check.
