Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands!&nbsp;</p><p><strong>***Our&nbsp;full benefits package&nbsp;includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and much more***</strong></p><p>Compensation for Rewind Operator will be based on the skills and experiences you bring to Smyth</p><p><strong>SHIFT AVAILABLE:</strong><strong>&nbsp; 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10pm - 6am</strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Key Responsibilities for Rewind Operator include:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Setting up, running, and maintaining CEI Rewind machines in an efficient and timely manner</li><li>Carefully and thoroughly inspecting completed labels for errors and defects</li><li>Identifying, recommending, and implementing areas for Lean improvement/modification</li><li>Performing work based on finishing spec sheet and priorities assigned by the Lead Rewinder/Finishing Supervisor</li><li>Preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation for assigned finishing tasks</li><li>Performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability finishing equipment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>The ideal Rewind Operator candidate must demonstrate:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Attention to detail, effective time management, and multi-tasking skills&nbsp;to meet deadlines on multiple long and short-term projects simultaneously</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, as well as read a ruler</li></ul><ul><li>Self-motivation, being able to work with little supervision at times</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities</li><li>Ability to provide a high level of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries and needs of individuals both internal and external to the organization</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Education, Skills,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Experience for Rewind Operator:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Required:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent</li><li><strong>Required:</strong> Can perform heavy work, lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent pushing and pulling heavy items, often lifting/carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds</li><li><strong>Required:</strong> Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language</li><li><strong>Preferred:&nbsp;</strong>One or more years of related<strong>&nbsp;</strong>flexographic printing experience&nbsp;</li><li><strong>A Plus:</strong> Experience working with lean manufacturing&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div><br></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
