This individual will ensure the property is adequately maintained at a level exceeding company standard and providing profitable returns. A successful Property Manager will provide excellent customer service to our residents, take pride in the property, and understand that this role is critical to the reputation of the property.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Property:</strong> The Landing Ames is an upscale housing community featuring 192 spacious units consisting of 490 beds, designed specifically with Iowa State University students in mind. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This is a full-time position working a standard schedule, Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs.</p><p><br></p><p>The compensation range for this position is $57,103 - $70,539 plus bonus potential. This range is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities.
