The MPA services proposition is to enable our clients to achieve leadership in project delivery and operational excellence across the asset / project lifecycle. In offering MPA services, we do not replace typical project entities such as the internal client teams, PMCs, design consultants, others, but instead align objectives, implement delivery frameworks, improve visibility and decision making, and maximize opportunities for enhancing project outcomes, while reducing project failure risk. The MPA team is currently expanding and seeks experienced industry / advisory professionals to undertake challenging assignments in a high-performance work environment.
