    "requisitionDescription": "<p>Function</p><p>Test raw and process related materials for conformance (enamels, polymers, drawing lubricants, wash water, lube extractions, etc.). &nbsp;Assist in testing new product development samples. &nbsp;Assist R&amp;D Engineers in product and test development activities (test method development, documentation, experiment execution). &nbsp;Maintain and calibrate test equipment. &nbsp;Maintain a clean and organized lab.</p><p>Required:</p><p>Ability to conduct all conformance testing of Level 4 Process Quality Technician, e.g. laser mike, dialectric tester, dissipation pot, Tg tester, Tinius Olsen, manual elongator, techrand tester and other equipment.</p><p>Understand chemical safety and handling.</p><p>Meet or exceed performance metrics as defined by department supervisor and/or manager.</p><p>Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)</p><p>Ability to work with all levels of people in achievement of technology objectives</p><p>Understanding of key problem-solving techniques.</p><p>Ability to collect and organize data.</p><p><br></p><p>Preferred:</p><p>Knowledge of oven enamel process.</p><p>Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.</p><p>Experience or some education in Chemistry (associates).</p><p>Understanding of basic IATF requirements and Automotive requirements.</p><p>ASQ-certified Quality Technician</p><p>ASQ-certified Calibration Technician</p><p><br></p>\n",
