          "text": "<p>This critical operations role ensures efficiency within the warehouse with responsibilities to:</p><p>Create deliveries using the required shipment &amp; loading parameters.</p><p>Monitor status of inbound/outbound deliveries.</p><p>Point of contact for inbound and outbound drivers.</p><p>Check the inbound and outbound delivery/shipment numbers and record in appropriate system</p><p>Problem solves discrepancies.</p><p>As operations progress, they inform and pass on loading information to the loaders.</p><p>Manage all administrative tasks related to inbound/outbound.</p><p>Continuous follow up with all inbound/outbound loads and documentation.</p><p>Confirm that the merchandise is properly secured (strapped) on the truck.</p><p>Responsible for verifying that the delivery note matches the merchandise loaded, based on scanning.</p><p>Delivery/Loading schedule in SAP indicating the shipments to be loaded</p><p>Delivery/Loading document</p><p>CMR (international consignment note)</p><p>End-of-shift document</p><p>Verbal instructions from supervisors</p><p>Written instructions regarding safety, quality, storage/stacking, cleanliness &amp; waste, and detailed scanning procedures available on SharePoint (toolbox meetings + work instructions)</p><p>5S audit guidelines and procedures</p>",
