Description

About the Role Lead a high-performing branch sales organization responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and acquiring new Canon clients (new logos). This leadership role oversees sales managers and teams across Managed Print Services, software solutions, services, and cybersecurity offerings. The Director is accountable for branch performance, talent development, and execution of corporate strategy within the assigned territory. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Long Beach, San Diego, or Irvine, CA. Your Impact - Drive quota attainment and overall financial performance of the branch, fostering a strong culture of accountability and results - Lead and develop the local sales organization to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets - Build and maintain a high-performance culture focused on engagement, collaboration, and customer satisfaction - Translate corporate strategy into local execution, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the branch - Provide leadership and direction aligned with organizational mission, goals, and annual objectives - Demonstrate strong leadership presence grounded in integrity, approachability, and effective communication - Develop and implement recognition programs to reinforce high performance and employee engagement - Ensure pricing consistency and manage approvals for special pricing and discounts within corporate guidelines About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring - Bachelor’s degree required - 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience - Strong understanding of professional sales methodologies and business development strategies We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $96,880-145,090.
