      "content": "<li>Supervises students during daytime and evening hours and notifies staff of any symptoms or signs of substance abuse of students and/or drug overdoses.</li><li>Supervise students’ daily activities and assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of other staff.</li><li>Documents and monitors regular bed checks as required. Communicate with other monitors in regards to daily activities or disturbances.</li><li>Serves as an advisor and positive role model for students. Prevents and intervenes in student altercations and incidents.</li><li>Conducts and practices emergency evacuation procedures.</li><li>Assists in maintaining facility grounds and keeping equipment in proper working condition Assist in maintaining facility and equipment clean, orderly, and proper working condition.</li><li>Conducts and practices emergency evacuation procedures</li><li>Responsible for Critical Incidents and Incident reporting when occurs during scheduled shift. Up-loads clinical supportive documentation (i.e.: motivation logs, intensions forms, etc.).</li><li>Participates in community activities as it relates to the position and attends additional training as needed.</li><li>Administers First Aid and CPR during emergencies in accordance with state and federal regulations.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>"

      "content": "<li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>First Aid and CPR certification</li><li>Knowledge of ethnic and cultural differences within criminal justice populations.</li><li>Understanding of causes, symptoms, and effects of incarceration; appreciation for the behavioral, psychological, physical, and social effects of incarceration</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Possess excellent organizational skills.</li>"
