This team works CST hours.</span></span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior API Developer</span> with strong expertise in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PHP, Python, and Oracle Database development</span> to design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions and enterprise-grade APIs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building secure, high-performance APIs, integrating with internal and third-party systems, and working within complex enterprise environments.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role requires a strong understanding of backend development, database design, system integrations, and API lifecycle management.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design, develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using PHP and Python.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build scalable integration solutions between enterprise applications, databases, and third-party platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and optimize Oracle database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, packages, and functions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create and maintain API documentation, technical specifications, and integration guides.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Implement security best practices including authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor API performance and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system reliability and uptime.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Optimize application and database performance through efficient coding practices and query tuning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support CI/CD processes and contribute to automated testing and deployment initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality standards and successful production releases.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">7+ years of professional software development experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong hands-on experience developing APIs and backend services using PHP and Python.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Extensive experience working with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of API security standards, including OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, and authentication frameworks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Arctiq is an equal opportunity employer.
