Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of Marquee Service to all guests and team members.</li>\n <li>Perform the duties of a Surveillance Agent when needed.</li>\n <li>Assist in hiring and training, and responsible for motivating, evaluating, and supervising staff on assigned shift to ensure employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives.</li>\n <li>Understand department objectives, standards, guidelines, and budget to achieve effective supervision of department.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintains training and development procedures to ensure superior customer service standards are achieved.</li>\n <li>Ensure company and departmental procedures are followed; assist various local, state, and federal authorities in various activities and investigations to ensure that procedures and laws are observed.</li>\n <li>Participate in any court actions relating to gaming violations in order to represent facts as obtained by department.</li>\n <li>Maintain daily log and reports to ensure that adequate and accurate information on surveillance activities are kept for future access.</li>\n <li>Maintain current information on suspicious individuals to ensure the protection of company assets, patrons, and employees.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain communications with law enforcement agencies and surveillance personnel of other casinos.</li>\n <li>Report all observed violations of gaming regulations and procedures to appropriate authority in order to adhere to company reporting requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure that proper procedures for Slots, Cashiers, drops, etc. are adhered to.</li>\n <li>Conduct investigations as required.</li>\n <li>Provide work direction and supervision to team members.</li>\n <li>Recommend or oppose the change in status of team members including but not limited to changes from full time to part time, promotions, and transfers.</li>\n <li>Provide for the safety of team members, including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter and performing all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.</li>\n <li>Develop, maintain and manage training programs.</li>\n <li>Understand and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Make determinations regarding types of materials, supplies, or tools to be used.</li>\n <li>Supervise and manage attendance and time records of team members.</li>\n <li>Protect and preserve assets of the company.</li>\n <li>Meet grooming and appearance requirements.</li>\n <li>Perform other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Three years in a challenging leadership role in surveillance, security, or law enforcement preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.</li>\n <li>Ability to observe and recognize cheating techniques.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate computer and surveillance equipment.</li>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of electronic, video, and alarm functions.</li>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of casino games.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
