A Shipper/Packer will perform the below duties in accordance with ASRC Federal ISO certified processes under direct guidance ASRC Federal Site Management personnel and others as assigned.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island, San Diego, California</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm</p><p><strong>Hourly Rate:&nbsp;</strong>$21.19</p><p><strong>Health &amp; Welfare:</strong>&nbsp;$4.98/hr <em>(</em><em>as required by the SCA for the sole purpose of purchasing benefits.)</em></p><p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Will perform Kind, Count and Condition (KCC) validation while processing receipts. Will segregate, stage and deliver bench stock material from Central staging area to designated depot shop.&nbsp;</li><li>Places bench stock material into bins or other storage locations as designated by site management.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform a Visual check inventory of all assigned bin locations daily and scan bins at or below the reorder point listed on the bin label.&nbsp;</li><li>Makes entries into computer via keyboard and scanners.&nbsp;</li><li>Apply bar code labels to bins as required.&nbsp;</li><li>IMS IV will be expected to quickly route customer concerns to site management for resolution.&nbsp;</li><li>Cross levels stock from one like bin in a storage location to another storage location to satisfy maintenance requirements. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of customer service experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in customer service, inventory, shipping/receiving or administration is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to obtain SECRET clearance.</li><li>Daily requirement to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Requires individual to stand or walk for extended periods of time.&nbsp;</li><li>May be required to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jack, delivery cart, etc., on a daily basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Must understand and read basic instructions.&nbsp;</li><li>May be required to wear hearing protection, safety goggles.
