Through a variety of multidisciplinary services that clients can choose from including medication management, therapy, group therapy, health and wellness support, employment services and transportation support, clients can develop skills, access resources and learn ways to manage their emotional and physical health.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Transport ReDiscover clients comfortably in a ReDiscover owned van in a timely manner.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide&nbsp;a welcoming atmosphere that is free of distractions.</li>\r\n\t<li>Show&nbsp;sensitivity to and appreciation of issues related to age, religion, ethnicity, race, socio-economic status and sexual orientation and gender and demonstrates respectful and appropriate language and non-verbal behavior.&nbsp; Will&nbsp;actively seek to resolve issues, problems and concerns while also accept and respond appropriately to feedback from clients, staff, supervisors and referral sources.</li>\r\n\t<li>May perform agency courier duties.</li>\r\n\t<li>Conduct vehicle safety checks and light maintenance to ReDiscover owned vehicles, which may include, but not limited to routinely checking fluid levels, filling fuel tank as necessary, and other maintenance related tasks.</li>\r\n\t<li>Record vehicle mileage for program tracking purposes.</li>\r\n\t<li>Work with ReDiscover staff to provide clerical assistance in an effort to help the program in a cost-effective manner.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><strong>Requirements of the Position</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>High school diploma or GED is required.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must maintain a valid chauffeur&rsquo;s Class E drivers license.</li>\r\n\t<li>The ability to work with all persons with multiple challenges (mental illness, substance abuse, physical challenges, developmental disabilities, etc.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to work 40 hours in a business week. Mon-Fri, 7AM-4PM.</li>\r\n\t<li>Some mechanical aptitude is needed</li>\r\n\t<li>Knowledge of streets and highways in&nbsp;Jackson County is also desirable</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
