Assist in transitioning Lightspeed ADL projects to production through the PReP process in a small team and collaborative environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform equipment set up, part production, and maintenance of laser workstations</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or Equivalent</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand engineering drawings using a GD&T system</li>\n <li>Ability to quickly and positively adapt to changing priorities and processes</li>\n <li>Ability to work under minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with industrial laser such as excimer, CO2, DPSS, ultrafast and beam deliveries </li>\n <li>Basic understanding of laser-material interaction for a specific application (i.e. laser welding, excimer laser- polymer, etc.) and how to apply that understanding</li>\n <li>Ability to generate machine motion control programs (i.e. G-Code)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ISO Quality Systems particularly in medical device manufacturing</li>\n <li>Ability to create and troubleshoot programs for inspection devices and other auxiliary equipment</li>\n <li>Ability to generate drawings and models (2D & 3D CAD) using GD&T</li>\n <li>Ability to present and convey complex engineering ideas to internal and external customers</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand engineering drawings using a GD&T system</li>\n <li>Ability to create job related documentation for quality purposes</li>\n <li>Proficient with the use of optical inspection equipment. This may be defined as a magnifier, microscope, and/or equipment used for measuring capacity</li>\n <li>Experience working with multiple axis motion controllers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing and walking for short periods of time.</li>\n <li>Ability to use a microscope, including manipulating small object under a microscope</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation</h2>\n<p>The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $23.08/hr - $30.77/hr.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa or TN sponsorship.
