This position will help build out our QA processes with a particular focus on implementing automated testing. This is a unique opportunity to shape quality assurance and the testing processes of our team.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement QA processes, standards, and best practices from the ground up </li>\n <li>Design and build-out the testing infrastructure and framework </li>\n <li>Create comprehensive testing strategies aligned with business objectives </li>\n <li>Implement automated test suites and continuous integration pipelines </li>\n <li>Create documentation for QA processes and procedures </li>\n <li>Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle </li>\n <li>Evaluate and recommend QA tools and technologies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field </li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing </li>\n <li>Proven experience with Playwright testing suite </li>\n <li>Experience building testing frameworks and infrastructure from scratch </li>\n <li>Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, .NET, or Python preferred) </li>\n <li>On-site 5 days a week in Fort Wayne, IN</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in Ascential Test </li>\n <li>Experience with version control systems (Git) </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and implementation </li>\n <li>Expertise in testing methodologies (TDD, BDD) </li>\n <li>Experience with bug tracking and test management tools </li>\n <li>API testing experience </li>\n <li>Performance testing knowledge and experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. </strong></em></p>",
