    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technician (Level 1 and 2) (Canada)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company:</span><span> </span>CSS Industrial Group of Companies<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span><span> </span>Canada (Travel Required)<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Type:</span><span> </span>Full-Time, Seasonal</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay and Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">$25–$35 per hour (based on experience and certifications)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Overtime pay</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Travel, accommodations, and daily allowance provided</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Opportunities to grow and get more certifications</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></span></p>\n<p>CSS Wind, a division of the CSS Industrial Group of Companies, is currently hiring entry-level Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technicians, Level 1 and 2, to support wind energy projects across Canada. </p>\n<p>The technicians will be responsible for conducting internal and external inspections, performing defect analysis, and undertaking Category 1-3 repairs of fibreglass and composite blades, as well as the hub/nose cone and nacelles across all categories. </p>\n<p>This is a travel-intensive position that requires flexibility, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspect and document blade damage (internal/external), including photos and reports for Engineering review</li>\n<li>Perform coating and minor structural repairs (tips, leading/trailing edges) per Engineering guidelines</li>\n<li>Work at heights up to 300 ft using blade access platforms</li>\n<li>Support site preparation, coordinating labor and materials with minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Complete mobile-based service reports and maintain accurate documentation</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understand<span> </span></span>lamination and post-curing principles in repair work</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability and willingness to work,</span> flexible hours, including weekends, overtime, and in all weather conditions</li>\n<li>Maintain physical readiness for demanding tasks (climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing/bending)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Certifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full GWO Certification (BST, ART, BTT)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Certifications (preferred or required, depending on project):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arc Flash / NFPA 70E</li>\n<li>Confined Space &amp; Rescue</li>\n<li>WHMIS</li>\n<li>Respirator Fit Testing</li>\n<li>Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)</li>\n<li>IRATA or SPRAT Rope Access Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience &amp; Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in blade repair, composites, or similar mechanical work</li>\n<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions</li>\n<li>Team player with good communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent, higher degree in Renewable Energy education is an Asset</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s licence with a satisfactory record</li>\n<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>\n<li>Ability to travel extensively across Canada</li>\n<li>Physically capable of performing job duties</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Work Eligibility and Safety</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be legally allowed to work in Canada.<br></li>\n<li>Your safety is important to us.
