    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>The Opportunity</u></strong></p><p>Homecare Homebase is searching for an Implementation Training Consultant, Financial who will act as an integral part of the financial project to ensure a successful implementation of Homecare Homebase’s home health and hospice software. This person will aid in our effort to provide quality implementations and ensure the adoption of our product in agencies across the country.</p><p><strong><u>The Challenge</u></strong></p><p>At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As an Implementation Training Consultant, Financial, you will play an essential role in guiding our customers through the implementation methodology and deployment of the software for multi-site locations across the United States.&nbsp;</p><p>You will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Serving as subject matter expert on the proper use of the Homecare Homebase application as it pertains to financial operations</li><li>Following the implementation methodology and ensuring team members are also following the methodology</li><li>Conducting end-user training onsite or via webinar on the billing and financial modules of the Homecare Homebase product</li><li>Investigating user problems and needs, identifying their source and determining possible solutions</li><li>Assisting in the development and maintenance of end-user documentation including training manuals and internal documentation</li><li>Guiding customers towards established best practices</li><li>Supporting the customer with the change management efforts to allow for a successful adoption of the Homecare Homebase application</li><li>Independently researching customer inquiries and determining sources of issues</li><li>Independently researching data functionality and reporting problems to the customer support team with needed steps for customer resolution</li><li>Maintaining product knowledge as new enhancements and functionality are released in the application</li><li>Working with Implementation Managers to implement strategies to improve team performance, foster team growth and assist with meeting department and company goals</li><li>Exemplifying CARES core values and providing leadership to team members to promote a positive work environment and adherence to core values</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>What We're Looking For</u></strong></p><p>Homecare Homebase’s mission is to empower exceptional care among all the clients we serve.
