    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title:</strong> Quality Assurance Receiving Technician (Monday-Friday from 5:00pm-1:30am)<br><strong>Department:&nbsp;</strong>Quality&nbsp;<br><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>QA Receiving Supervisor</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;<strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for the inspection and sampling of all incoming raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure conformance with established specifications and quality standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform sampling of incoming materials, including large totes and bulk containers, in accordance with established sampling plans and food safety requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct inspections and evaluations of product returns, including rejected products related to customer complaints, incorrect shipments, or quality concerns.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate collected samples against Thrive&rsquo;s established specifications and requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Issue incoming material inspection reports and non-conformance reports for materials that do not meet specifications; ensure all documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review supplier Certificates of Analysis (COAs) against internal specifications to verify compliance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain QA sample storage and sample retention libraries to ensure organization and quick retrieval.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate non-conformance findings and quality concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and maintain awareness of FDA holds, releases, and related documentation to ensure materials are properly controlled and released for use.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prioritize daily tasks and workload based on operational needs, incoming shipments, production schedules, and business demands.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with warehouse, production, sanitation, and quality teams to support efficient material flow and food safety compliance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Safely perform work within warehouse and production environments with active forklift traffic and moving equipment while following all company safety policies and procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as backup support for QA Auditors as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Two years&rsquo; experience in field, laboratory, or production facility quality control.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively, to internal and external customers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment regarding product quality and food safety decisions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic computer and documentation skills required.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to perform the following functions with or without accommodations:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; &nbsp;frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and &nbsp;some fine finger dexterity.
