    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Lead large and small technical projects; continuously optimize technical support services to lines of business; improve quality, timeliness of cyber forensic products and services; and develop innovative solutions.</p>\n<p>Projects are a definable portion of a large, sustained forensics technology development program. Directs and supervises support resources (direct hires and subcontractors) in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Manages the technical direction of projects from requirements gathering, analysis and verification through design, implementation, and testing to satisfy business performance objectives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and analytical guidance to project teams. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutioning for technical problems. Supervises professional and technical personnel performing in many disciplines. Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation. Capable of supervising, managing, supporting and evaluating personnel.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Directs and coaches scrum team members using Agile best practices.</li>\n <li>Removes impediments and fosters an environment for a high-performing team.</li>\n <li>Promotes cooperation across scrum teams.</li>\n <li>Leads sprint reviews, demonstrations, and sprint retrospectives.</li>\n <li>Creates sprint summary reports and development sprint plans.</li>\n <li>Works with stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements and compliance.</li>\n <li>Assist with decomposing needs and requirements into user-stories, then to developer tasks.</li>\n <li>Ensures stakeholder requirements are mapped in Jira and metrics are reported.</li>\n <li>Ensures ISO/IEC and NIST standards and guidance are followed.</li>\n <li>Leads transformation of applications to cloud platform(s).</li>\n <li>Leverages Peraton Mission Software Factory (DevSecOps) to continuously develop and deliver software within the client SDLC processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>*This position requires full-time, onsite attendance Monday through Friday in the Baltimore metropolitan area.</em> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Technology project management, systems engineering, systems design, and/or configuration management. \n  <ul>\n   <li>Demonstrated experience running a DEVSECOPS Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Development (CD) pipeline.</li>\n   <li>Experience managing a development team.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Certifications:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 5.0 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) Certification with 3 years of experience and one or more of the following: AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP).</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or Master’s Degree and 10+ years of experience, or 7 years with PhD. A degree in one of the following fields of study is highly desired: Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Data Science. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
