Description
Job Title: HR Manager
Employment Type : Full-Time
Location: Mclean, VA
About the role: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our McLean, VA office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience and a strong background in a tech startup environment. This role will focus primarily on human resources management while also involving aspects of recruitment and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (60%):
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals Recruiting (30%):
Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry Office Management (10%):
Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and logistics to ensure a productive work environment Assist with organizing company-wide events and employee celebrations Support facilities management to maintain office operations smoothly Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally within a tech startup Strong understanding of HR principles and practices Proven recruiting skills with a focus on identifying and attracting top talent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient with HR software and tools About Pixalate
