Description

Swim Club Management Group is hiring Pool Technicians! Competitive Pay, Company Vehicle, and Advancement Opportunities! Pool Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of several commercial pool facilities. This position is seasonal; however, opportunities for full time hours are available beginning in February and continue as late as October. Responsibilities may vary throughout the season. February - May: Technicians will aid in the preparation of facilities for opening and receive in depth training to prepare them for the summer season. May - September: Technicians will be assigned routes to complete daily visits to maintain facility and company standards. Duties will include checking and balancing pool chemicals, cleaning pool and restrooms, completing an online service report, and additional services as requested. September-October: Technicians will aid in the closing of facilities and light maintenance. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must pass background check and Motor Vehicle Record (Company will provide) Schedule: Open availability needed and most shifts begin between 5a-7a (flexible) and end before 5p Expected to work 5-6 days a week during Summer Operation Overtime opportunities and compensation provided Pay: $15+ an hour (driving time included) We provide you with in depth training and constant communication with your supervisor as needed. Advancement opportunities are available as well as referral bonuses!
