    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>UE Manufacturing is Now looking for Temporary Electrical Technician I located at 10000 NW 2nd, Oklahoma City, OK 73127.</p>\n<p>Performs maintenance, installation, repair of electrical systems on heavy equipment by applying electrical principles. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Repairing and replacing defective parts in controllers, switchboards, switches, conductors, and other electrical fixtures.</li>\n <li>Installing and maintaining electrical components.</li>\n <li>Performing preventive repair and maintenance of field electrical systems, devices, equipment, and components.</li>\n <li>Testing solid-state circuitry to find defective parts in digital and analog equipment and replacing defective parts.</li>\n <li>Installing enhancements and major upgrades to electrical subsystems.</li>\n <li>Designing and modifying motor power control equipment circuits, reading, and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics.</li>\n <li>Ensure the accuracy and completion of all preventive maintenance duties.</li>\n <li>Maintain a strong, personal commitment to the safety culture.</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Competencies </strong>   </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates quality work through accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Exhibits efficiency in problem solving by identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner to meet established customer deadlines.</li>\n <li>Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills and share expertise with others.</li>\n <li>Commitment to a standard of excellence in customer service.</li>\n <li>Shows adaptability by effectively responding to frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.</li>\n <li>Exhibits superior dependability by consistently arriving to work on time and as scheduled.</li>\n <li>Contributes to building a positive team environment through commitment, respect, and communication.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates professionalism by acting with integrity, high moral standards, and personal accountability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Experience in the manufacturing industry working with low, medium, and high voltage electrical equipment maintenance is preferred.</li>\n <li>Proficient ability to calibrate, test, troubleshoot and install instrumentation and/or electrical equipment. </li>\n <li>Able to read blueprints. </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Must be capable of utilizing proper PPE.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.  Able to lift 65 lbs. from floor to shoulder level occasionally.</li>\n <li>Ability to frequently exert the pound force limits for push/pull 50lb f (no wheels) or 100lb f (wheels).</li>\n <li>Requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying, and reaching or handling with arms, hands, and fingers. </li>\n <li>Requires crawling and working in narrow spaces.</li>\n <li>Requires frequent repetitive movements, i.e. hammering, turning wrenches, screwdrivers and impact tools.</li>\n <li>Manual dexterity sufficient to work with fingers.</li>\n <li>Normal vision with or without corrective lenses.</li>\n <li>Exposed to cold, heat, noise mechanical/electrical fume or odor.</li>\n <li>Will be required on occasion to work more than 8 hours on one shift.</li>\n <li>Will be required to work at a minimum height of four feet off of the ground.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate overhead cranes, mobile equipment and motor vehicles as required.</li>\n</ul>",
