This is a key role for a motivated professional who can generate new opportunities, foster long-term relationships, and deliver high-end outdoor living designs that reflect AquaTerra’s reputation for excellence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do: (Experience Requirements)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Generate and develop new business through networking, referrals, and partnerships across the DFW market.</span></li>\n<li><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, designers, and other trade partners to expand our network and pipeline.</span></li>\n<li><span>Serve as the primary client liaison, guiding clients from concept through completion with confidence, clarity, and care.</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead the creative design process, ensuring every project reflects AquaTerra’s signature quality and innovation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with internal design, estimating, and project management teams to deliver exceptional results.</span></li>\n<li><span>Drive revenue growth, sales performance, and brand reach through strong client connections and a proactive approach to business development.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct site visits, design presentations, and construction administration as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For: (Qualifications)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>An established professional with a developed network in the DFW design/build community.</span></li>\n<li><span>3+ years of experience in high-end residential landscape architecture, outdoor living design, or related design/build roles.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven ability in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales growth.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong design and technical skills; able to translate vision into reality.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication and presentation skills, both client-facing and internal.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.</span></li>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related field preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span>Portfolio, resume, and references required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why AquaTerra?</span></p>\n<p>For over a decade, AquaTerra Outdoors has built an international reputation for creativity, quality, and service.
