Major responsibilities beyond customer satisfaction include completing register transactions, maintaining general appearance and station cleanliness in a fast paced environment while adhering to company policies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications/. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is:</p><p><strong>PAY- $16.00-$17.75 Per hour</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Specific Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Customer Satisfaction</strong></p><ol><li>Friendly, outgoing attitude with customers.</li><li>Projects a respectful, professional manner at all times.</li><li>Seeks advice from the Station Manager when limits of authority to resolve customer complaints are unclear.</li><li>Maintains a clean and safe station as directed by management in their assigned duties.</li></ol><p><strong>Compliance</strong></p><ol><li>Adheres to all company policy and procedures. Notifies management of any policies that are unclear, or not being followed by other employees.</li></ol><p><strong>Location Operations</strong></p><ol><li>Maintain store cleanliness standards.</li><li>Completes duties as assigned by management</li><li>Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies.</li><li>Reports to management any equipment or facility condition that is in need of repair or creates hazard.</li></ol><p><strong>Loss Prevention and Safety</strong></p><ol><li>Strict compliance of cash handling procedures, shift accounting, and fuel operations.</li><li>Adheres to safety procedures and loss prevention policies designed to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Environment</strong></p><p><em>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally life and/or move up to 50 pounds.
