    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b><u>About the Role</u></b></p>\n<p><b>Industrial Maintenance Technician&nbsp;</b></p>\n<p><b>Shift: 3rd shift (7pm - 7am)</b></p>\n<p><b>$5,000 Sign-On Bonus</b></p>\n<p><b>Annual KPI Bonus</b></p>\n<p>We’re seeking a reliable and hands-on <b>Industrial Maintenance Technician</b> to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their maintenance career or with technical training who wants to grow in an industrial environment.</p>\n<p>You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently by performing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment issues, and collaborating with production teams.</p>\n<p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment</li>\n <li>Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on plant equipment</li>\n <li>Handle basic electrical tasks (resetting breakers, replacing fuses, motors, sensors, etc.)</li>\n <li>Work with industrial controls such as variable speed drives, sensors, switches, and starters</li>\n <li>Replace and align motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, sprockets, and pulleys</li>\n <li>Perform conveyor belt repairs and splicing</li>\n <li>Assist with pump maintenance, including disassembly/reassembly and packing replacement</li>\n <li>Complete lubrication schedules and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks</li>\n <li>Respond to maintenance calls and document work in daily logs</li>\n <li>Coordinate with production, shipping, and other departments to minimize downtime</li>\n <li>Source parts and materials as needed</li>\n <li>Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental procedures</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement and participate in special projects as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or completion of a vocational/technical training program</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting</li>\n <li>Ability to work shift schedules</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems</li>\n <li>Familiarity with industrial controls and automation components</li>\n <li>Metal fabrication and/or welding experience</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Take a look at what it’s like to be part of our family at Polyglass!</b></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZo5t2kn_SQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Polyglass is a Family!</a></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qG07JonFnw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Life at Polyglass</a></p>",
