    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician to be part of our Pharmacy Team in Hendersonville, NC.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>No nights or weekends!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting pay of $19.20 hourly </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Higher starting compensation considered based upon experience, certifications, bilingual status, etc.</strong></p>\n<h2>What We Offer You:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>403(b) retirement account with company matching</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<p>The pharmacy technician will assist the pharmacist with all aspects of accurately dispensing medications while providing exceptional customer service to clinic patients. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Prepare medications and supplies for dispensing.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with inventory management.</p></li>\n <li><p>Accountable for ensuring all monthly inventory tasks are completed by pharmacy staff, including counts, returns, checking for out of dates, and other duties as assigned.</p></li>\n <li><p>Completes all administrative tasks as assigned, including but not limited to: operating the fax machine, receiving and sending mail, and other forms of correspondence.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We're Looking For:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li> Certification/Licensure Specific Requirements:      Eligible to register with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy      Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively communicate with patients in Spanish (preferred, not required).</li>\n <li>Must be able to read and generate written medical communication and documentation.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, providers, peers, supervisor or other collaborative community agencies.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate any real or potential problems to appropriate risk management staff.</li>\n <li>Builds a positive work environment by working cooperatively within department and with other areas through teamwork, interpersonal skills, and personal improvement/initiative.</li>\n <li>Strong interest in working with an interdisciplinary healthcare team and culturally diverse patient population</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Blue Ridge Health:</h2>\n<p>At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
