    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The primary responsibility of the Master Scheduler is to assign booked work to the appropriate manufacturing facility, using multiple considerations including, but not limited to, customer agreements, plant capability, quality policy, and plant utilization. The Master Scheduler has the additional responsibility for shifting of jobs from one facility to the next and the scheduling of non-linked&nbsp;jobs to fill capacity where possible. The Master Scheduler will perform high-level production reporting and perform sales customer service interface where needed. The Master Scheduler will also work closely with the Material Control Coordinator to control inventory levels including KanBan, named inventory, and standard product lines.</p>",
