Develop dashboards and KPI reports (testing completion rates, positivity rates, turnaround times, compliance gaps) for executive leadership and regulatory audits. Perform statistical analysis on testing outcomes to support program optimization and resource allocation decisions. Integrate drug/alcohol data with broader safety metrics (incident rates, near-misses, workers' compensation claims) to identify correlations and preventive opportunities. Maintain testing databases, ensure data integrity, and generate annual Management Information System (MIS) reports for DOT submission.
