This job classification can promote to Forge Machine Operator, Metal Parts Finisher, Production Saw Operator, or other machine operator position.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Count Parts.</li><li>Clean work areas.</li><li>Grind Metal parts.</li><li>Load/ unload sand blaster</li><li>Operate furnace (load/ unload).</li><li>Kolene</li><li>Other duties assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Experience and Education Required</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Technical Skills&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Ability to lift 25 pounds throughout the shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read production instructions in English.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Physical Demands</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be able to stand up to three hours at a time and during an 8-10 hours shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to sit, bend, twist, stoop, reach overhead. &nbsp;</li><li>Uses hands to grind metal parts.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work in a heated environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>HBD Industries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
