We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable individual who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a small business.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform deep cleaning of high-end homes (4,000–10,000+ sq ft)</li>\n<li>Service 2–4 homes per day depending on size and scope</li>\n<li>Complete full-service cleaning:\n<ul>\n<li>Floors, carpets, windows, dusting, pet hair removal</li>\n<li>Kitchens, ovens, fridges, sinks, garbage disposals</li>\n<li>Bathrooms, grout, master showers, patios</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Use specialized equipment (steamers, vacuums, solar panel cleaners, etc.)</li>\n<li>Perform ladder and rooftop work when needed</li>\n<li>Assist with floor restoration and solar maintenance tasks</li>\n<li>Identify and report property issues (leaks, damage, etc.) via email</li>\n<li>Work directly with the owner initially, with opportunity for independent work over time</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What Makes This Role Challenging</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly physical work (lifting, bending, kneeling, scrubbing daily)</li>\n<li>Working around high-value items ($30K+) with zero room for mistakes</li>\n<li>Clients expect top-tier results without supervision or interaction</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Requirements (Must-Have)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor daily</li>\n<li>High attention to detail</li>\n<li>Professional appearance (clean-cut, presentable)</li>\n<li>Comfortable using chemicals, tools, ladders, and rooftops</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills</li>\n<li>Must pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Preferred (Nice to Have)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleaning, maintenance, or trade experience</li>\n<li>Experience working in high-end/luxury homes</li>\n<li>Ability to upsell services or bring in new business</li>\n<li>Property management or home inspection awareness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$20/hour + tips + overtime</li>\n<li>Growth into more responsibility and independence<br></li>\n</ul>",
