      "content": "<li><b>Required:</b></li><li>Home-Based CDA credential (or comparable credential or equivalent coursework)</li><li>Some experience in an early childhood setting</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood development and Head Start Performance Standards</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Intermediate computer/tablet proficiency</li><li><b>Preferred:</b></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field</li><li>Two or more years of experience in an early childhood setting</li>"
