    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Minor Procedures RN is responsible for coordinating care delivery within the endoscopy/procedural setting. &nbsp;Must demonstrate strong communication skills, work well in a multi-disciplinary setting and be a strong patient advocate.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Principal Accountabilities:</u></strong><br><br>1. Maintains accurate and complete procedural documentation.<br>2. Responds to the needs of the minor procedures care team including but not limited to, gathering of resources, supplies, equipment, and medications.<br>3. Maintains aseptic vigilance and supports all team members in this endeavor.&nbsp;<br>4. Monitors and reports any identified concerns to the appropriate team members.<br>5. Assists with the flow of patients through minor procedures to optimize efficiency.<br>6.
