Achieva provides personalized services and opportunities that respect each person&rsquo;s unique aspirations.</span></p>\n\n<p><br />\n<span style=\"font-size:14px\"><strong>Position Summary</strong><br />\nConducts developmental assessments, develops individualized program plans, and provides Occupational Therapy for infants and toddlers within the context of established Early Intervention practices such as Routines-Based and Home-Based Coaching interventions.<br />\nReports to the Associate Director of Early Intervention.</span></p>\n\n<p><br />\n<span style=\"font-size:14px\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Support the achievement of children and family outcomes through evidence-based Early Intervention practices.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team in assessing the development of children across all developmental domains.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Conduct assessments, identify strengths and needs, and make recommendations for Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes and interventions.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Establish rapport and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and team members.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Maintain communication with the Associate Director of Early Intervention and Vice President as needed.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Complete all required documentation accurately and within designated Early Intervention timeframes.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Maintain compliance with all state and county Early Intervention regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as HIPAA requirements.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Perform other related duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n",
