In this role, you will coordinate end</span>‑<span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">to</span>‑<span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">end supply chain activities including demand planning, inventory management, logistics operations, and store support, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for supply chain operations supporting Miracle-Ear Retail, ensuring seamless end-to-end coordination across forecasting, inventory, logistics, and store-level operations.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including third-party logistics providers, transportation partners, store operations, and internal cross-functional teams to drive best-in-class supply chain performance.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Lead and execute the local Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) process, incorporating market trends and demand insights to improve forecasting accuracy.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Define, implement, and monitor stock policies to optimize rotation, working capital, and service levels.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Manage product return flows, ensuring sustainable, simple, and efficient processes for stores.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Bachelor’ s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">3-5 years of supply chain experience</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Retail experience required; medical device industry experience a plus</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Strong demand planning, forecasting, and S&amp;OP expertise</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Experience managing third‑party logistics providers (3PLs)</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Proficiency with CRM systems (</span><i><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Sycle preferred</span></i><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">) and advanced Excel skills</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">PowerBI proficiency, with the ability to interpret reports and dashboards</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a business‑oriented mindset</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">This role is based out of Waco, Texas and will require in office presence.
