This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your </span><span>expertise</span><span> and skills will contribute to improving patient outcomes.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients </span><span>presenting with</span><span> urgent care needs.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and conditions </span><span>in accordance with</span><span> evidence-based practices and protocols.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and coordinating follow-up care as needed.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Provide patient education and counseling to promote health maintenance and disease prevention.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- </span><span>Maintain</span><span> </span><span>accurate</span><span> and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Qualifications:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Minnesota.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- </span><span>Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner- Primary Care (CPNP-PC) or Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner- Acute Care (CPNP-AC)</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- </span><span>Proficiency</span><span> in conducting thorough physical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating differential diagnoses.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to </span><span>establish</span><span> rapport with patients and families.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.</span></span><span> </span></p>",
