The Director partners across marketing, product, technology, and analytics to align on critical initiatives and deliver measurable business impact. This role also owns development of executive and Board-level communications.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Your day to day</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Define and advance GCM’s strategic priorities across growth, loyalty, and commercial performance</li><li>Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, including accelerating AI-driven capabilities</li><li>Develop business cases for major investments (e.g., new technology platforms)</li><li>Translate complex data and trends into clear insights and strategic recommendations</li><li>Create compelling executive and Board-level presentations</li><li>Track performance against strategic goals and drive course correction as needed</li><li>Build strong partnerships across functions to align priorities and execute effectively</li><li>Lead and develop a small team while contributing directly to the work</li><li>Establish strong cross-functional relationships and strategic credibility</li><li>Accelerate GCM’s AI priorities and bring key initiatives to market</li><li>Lead development of business case(s) for critical investments</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What we need from you</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s required; MBA preferred</li><li>8+ years in strategy (consulting or corporate); management consulting strongly preferred</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving and ability to operate in ambiguity</li><li>Strong financial modeling and business case development skills</li><li>Excellent executive presence and advanced storytelling (PowerPoint)</li><li>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, global environment</li><li>Curiosity and fluency in AI trends; hands-on use of AI tools preferred</li><li>Experience leading small teams while remaining hands-on</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span>This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.<span>&nbsp;</span></p><p>The salary range for this role is&nbsp;$140,000.00 to $200,000.00.
