    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Construction Project Superintendent</u>&nbsp;(Hourly)</strong></p>\n<p>Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.&nbsp;is seeking Project Superintendents/Project Managers with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits,&nbsp;</strong>upon satisfaction of applicable eligibility requirements, include but are not limited to<strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>401K with company match</li>\n <li>Company Pension Plan</li>\n <li>Health Insurance</li>\n <li>Paid time-off</li>\n <li>Mileage reimbursement</li>\n <li>Continuing education</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Position Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Resolving project issues and problems</li>\n <li>Providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations</li>\n <li>Affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards</li>\n <li>Generating reports on project status</li>\n <li>Ensuring owner satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5-10 years’ experience in general construction, built-up roofing systems, and/or building envelope is a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to keep project records&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to interface with owners, subcontractors, and company management&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to travel&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
