Our Tours team is at the heart of this experience, creating memorable, engaging visits that connect guests to our history, winemaking processes, and the wider English wine industry.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll provide a personalised welcome to every guest, delivering engaging tours, promoting our products and Wine Club, and ensuring each visitor leaves feeling inspired, valued, and connected to the Bolney brand.</p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for storytelling, and thrives in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll be doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver engaging and informative tours covering Bolney’s history, production processes, and the English wine industry</li>\n<li>Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all guests</li>\n<li>Provide excellent hosting and customer service throughout the visitor experience</li>\n<li>Promote the Wine Club confidently and encourage guest sign-ups</li>\n<li>Promote tour-specific offers and support on-site product sales</li>\n<li>Handle transactions accurately and support retail operations</li>\n<li>Identify sales trends and opportunities, sharing insights with the Tours Lead</li>\n<li>Support smooth day-to-day tour operations and visitor flow</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A warm, friendly, and professional manner</li>\n<li>Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills</li>\n<li>Confidence in speaking to groups and delivering engaging experiences</li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods</li>\n<li>Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and event days</li>\n<li>A genuine interest in wine and willingness to learn</li>\n<li>Right to work in the UK</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to a rural location</li>\n<li>WSET Level 2 (or equivalent) desirable</li>\n<li>A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 days annual leave (FTE) + birthday day off + public holidays</li>\n<li>Enhanced company pension contributions</li>\n<li>Group accident insurance</li>\n<li>Enhanced maternity pay (13 weeks full pay)</li>\n<li>Paternity pay (2 weeks full pay)</li>\n<li>EV salary sacrifice scheme</li>\n<li>Generous staff discount</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This contract has an initial contract length of 5 months, and you will be requred to work evenings &amp; weekends.</span></p>\n<p>We welcome applications from candidates who do not meet 100% of the requirements.</p>",
