    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Climate Systems, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented <strong>Preventative Maintenance (PM) Technician</strong> to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, and routine service on commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent equipment failures. You will be expected to identify potential issues, support customers with professional service, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably.</li><li>Conduct basic diagnostics to identify early signs of system wear, malfunction, or safety concerns.</li><li>Document findings, recommendations, and service details using electronic paperwork to support the billing and reporting process.</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers during maintenance visits and respond professionally to questions or system concerns.</li><li>Demonstrate a positive, customer-focused attitude and serve as a representative of Climate Systems, LLC.</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance by wearing proper Climate Systems, LLC uniforms and holding team members accountable to do the same.</li><li>Work with Service Coordinators to schedule maintenance visits, support customer needs, and maintain team cohesiveness.</li><li>Assist with ordering parts and coordinating follow-up service when equipment issues are identified during PM visits.</li><li>Contribute to a safe work environment by following all safety policies, using proper PPE, and identifying any jobsite hazards.</li><li>Support leadership by promoting team goals, safe work practices, and consistent service standards.</li><li>Utilize vendor and OEM apps to access equipment information, part numbers, and maintenance requirements.</li><li>Maintain a working library of product documentation related to operation, maintenance, and service to support personal growth and assist team members.</li><li>Support Sales and Service teams by noting system deficiencies, providing maintenance findings, and participating in job site surveys when needed.</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>3&ndash;7 years experience in HVAC maintenance or related field with commercial experience preferred.</li><li>Solid understanding of HVAC system components, maintenance procedures, and operational basics.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and equipment maintenance specifications.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to identify early signs of system issues.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li><li>EPA certification (or ability to obtain).</li><li>Ability to lift, move, and carry HVAC tools and equipment as needed.</li><li>Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive salary and performance incentives</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Company paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability&nbsp;</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Climate Systems, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
