          "text": "•    Bachelor’s Degree in related field<br />•    At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering (RedHat preferred, certifications a plus)<br />•    Experience working with Linux (min 3 years, RedHat preferred, certifications a plus)<br />•    Understanding Disaster Recovery Concept and Procedures(DR exercise experience great plus)<br />•    Knowledge of the Linux kernel and kernel modules<br />•    Familiarity with open source tools, monitoring systems<br />•    Experience with Web server administration (Apache)<br />•    Experience configuring Tomcat/JBoss<br />•    Working exposure to networked storage (SAN, NAS)<br />•    Experience with virtualization, managing virtual hosts with VmWare ESXi<br />•    Ability to create scripts to automate tasks (Bash, Python...)<br />•    Experience working in structured change management processes, ability to follow internal rules and regulations <br />•    Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues independently.<br />•    Proven experience in highly complex environments<br />•    Strong technical documentation skills<br />•    Self-motivated and accountable for your work<br />•     Passionate about learning and continuous improvement<br />•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br />•    Ability to work on-call and occasionally overtime<br /><br /><p><br /></p>",
