    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Consultant Psychiatrist – Outpatient Services</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ashburn Clinic | Dunedin, New Zealand</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Ashburn Clinic is seeking a <span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Consultant Psychiatrist</span> </span>to join our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Outpatient Services team</span> in Dunedin.</p>\n<p>Ashburn is one of New Zealand’s longest-established psychiatric hospitals and a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">not-for-profit therapeutic community</span>, providing public and private mental health services to people aged 17+ from across Aotearoa.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This <span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-weight: bold\">permanent full-time role</span> involves managing an outpatient caseload including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">psychiatric assessments, rTMS, medication management (including deprescribing), and ADHD, ASD and ACC assessments</span>. The position also offers opportunities to contribute to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">development of innovative outpatient services</span> within a supportive multidisciplinary team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ashburn provides <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">administrative support, consulting rooms, and clinical infrastructure. </span>Please note that this role requires you to do a minimum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">25 billable clinical hours per week</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Applicants must hold <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">vocational registration as a psychiatrist in New Zealand</span>, work well within multidisciplinary teams, and demonstrate commitment to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive care</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Please note that due to the vulnerability of our patients and staff we require new employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19. </em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To apply,</span> send your CV and cover letter to the Medical Director.  </span></p>",
