Leading multiple concurrent enterprise implementations across platforms and geographies, the Global Delivery Lead expertly balances delivery excellence with financial performance, aligning project execution to client commitments and business goals. The role requires strategic oversight of resource allocation, including bench management and subcontractor use, while supporting sales pursuits and cross-BU collaboration to maintain agility and drive growth. As a visible, high-impact leader, this individual provides executive guidance that extends beyond day-to-day delivery, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery at scale. RESPONSIBILITIES</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver engagements successfully and on schedule</li>\n <li>Maintain gross margin discipline through efficient delivery</li>\n <li>Optimize utilization (75–80%) across delivery staff</li>\n <li>Ensure timely revenue conversion from booked commitments</li>\n <li>Manage bench and capacity aligned with pipeline</li>\n <li>Support integrated cross-BU delivery models</li>\n <li>Own delivery strategy and execution across SAP programs</li>\n <li>Oversee S/4HANA and large transformations</li>\n <li>Ensure quality, methodology adherence, and risk management</li>\n <li>Lead escalations and remediation</li>\n <li>Define staffing, subcontracting, and hiring strategy</li>\n <li>Drive client satisfaction</li>\n <li>Support deal pursuits and contract sign-off per DOA</li>\n <li>BU Gross Margin</li>\n <li>Utilization and bench management</li>\n <li>Client satisfaction (NPS / CSAT)</li>\n <li>Delivery quality and risk management</li>\n</ul>\n<p>SCOPE OF AUTHORITY</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Staffing and resource allocation</li>\n <li>Subcontractor and partner engagement</li>\n <li>Escalations and remediation</li>\n <li>Hiring decisions</li>\n <li>SDR exceptions</li>\n <li>Utilization targets and bench deployment</li>\n <li>Delivery people decisions</li>\n <li>Resource allocation</li>\n <li>Partner spend and selection</li>\n <li>Escalation authority</li>\n <li>Contract sign-off per DOA</li>\n</ul>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred</li>\n <li>15+ years SAP delivery leadership</li>\n <li>Experience with S/4HANA and global delivery models</li>\n <li>Strong financial and client leadership experience</li>\n <li>Experience in public cloud initiatives is highly preferred</li>\n <li>Exposure to supply chain modules (IBP, EWM, etc.) is a plus</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead at scale across geographies and capabilities</li>\n <li>Strong client-facing presence, credible in both pre-sales and escalation scenarios</li>\n</ul>",
