      "content": "<div>\n<p><strong>Customer Sales &amp; Service</strong></p>\n\n<li>Greet and assist over-the-counter customers in a friendly, professional manner; prioritize walk-in customers, with telephone customers as secondary priority</li>\n<li>Achieve monthly and annual sales goals established by management</li>\n<li>Suggest related items and upsell to ensure customers have everything they need</li>\n<li>Handle parts and accessories requests from the service department</li>\n<li>Notify customers of special order arrivals by phone; follow up by postcard if not picked up within 5 business days; escalate to Parts Manager if still unclaimed</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Shipping, Receiving &amp; Inventory</strong></p>\n\n<li>Receive, inspect, and check in parts and accessories shipments</li>\n<li>Match and staple purchase orders and bills of lading and forward to the Parts Manager</li>\n<li>Stock received items accurately and in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Prioritize and place parts orders to meet service and customer timelines</li>\n<li>Box and ship special orders to customers</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>General Operations</strong></p>\n\n<li>Abide by all dealership policies, including general housekeeping standards</li>\n<li>Follow company dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times</li>\n<li>Maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with all team members</li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the department and dealership</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Customer-first mindset with a passion for the powersports industry</li>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li>\n<li>Minimum six months of service experience in any industry; customer service background preferred</li>\n<li>Basic mechanical knowledge of at least one powersports segment (Dirt, Street, ATV, Utility ATV, UTV, Cruiser)</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of powersports soft goods and gear</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs)</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Proactive mindset with creative problem-solving skills</li>\n\n</div>"
