Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) : AGEL is part of the Adani Group’s promise to provide a better, cleaner, and greener future for India. Job Purpose: Head - PMAG (Hydro PSP) is responsible for leading and overseeing all the strategic execution, governance, Budget management & schedule management of Hydro PSP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead risk management, contractor relations, and compliance efforts to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic CSR Planning
• Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with the company’s mission, values, and long-term goals.
• Identify key social, environmental, and economic areas where the company can make a positive impact.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (employees, customers, NGOs, government bodies).
• Facilitate partnerships with community organizations and ensure stakeholder feedback is considered in CSR initiatives.
3. Program Development & Execution
• Design and manage CSR programs related to sustainability, philanthropy, community development, and ethical business practices.
• Coordinate volunteer efforts and charity initiatives within the organization.
4. Monitoring & Reporting
• Measure and report the impact of CSR activities using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare sustainability and CSR reports for internal leadership and public disclosure.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure CSR activities comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Stay updated on evolving CSR trends and regulatory changes.
6. Internal Culture Building
• Promote a culture of responsibility and sustainability within the organization.
• Engage employees through awareness campaigns, training, and participation in CSR activities.
7. External Representation
• Represent the company at industry events, forums, and community engagements.
• Advocate for the company’s CSR values and achievements in public platforms.
8. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Identify new opportunities for CSR innovation.
• Benchmark against industry best practices and continuously improve CSR strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following - Business Administration, Public Relation, Social Science.
12+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring CSR initiatives at a regional or national level.
