Ability to develop scope of work, conceptual design, detailed design, and execution plans.</li>\n <li>Ability to support proposals and assist in client sales presentations.</li>\n <li>Perform Lead Engineer duties on multi-discipline projects.</li>\n <li>Provide leadership, guidance, instruction, and mentorship to less experienced team members.</li>\n <li>Experience with communicating with clients, partners and individuals at all levels within an organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Effective skills to help you flourish:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional Engineering License (PE) in one or more states.</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of power distribution systems including specification of medium voltage (15kV – 69kV+) equipment, power systems fault and coordination studies, power system protection schemes and protective relays.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in computer operation for engineering calculation/selection software for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SKM Power Tools, ETAP, SmartPlant, SmartPlant Electrical, or similar software).</li>\n <li>Experience in researching, compiling and presenting project data for client presentations, shop drawing review and contract administration as requested by the project managers.</li>\n <li>Excellent organization and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Effective working in applications such as MS Excel, MS Word and Bluebeam.
