Knowledge of hospice operations and performance improvement concepts preferable.</li>\n <li>Experience with data collection, basic statistics and statistical measurement tools, and data analysis.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.</li>\n <li>Must be organized and detail oriented.
