The Supervisor exercises direct authority over Metal Shop Leads&#xa0;and&#xa0;Metal Shop&#xa0;personnel, ensuring that every product aligns with precise client specifications and internal quality controls prior to shipment.&#xa0;As a primary leader on the production floor, the incumbent manages resource allocation,&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;shift&#xa0;safety, and personnel development to&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;a high-performance culture. While this is a non-exempt role with standard 40-hour work weeks, it requires a high degree of flexibility to accommodate mandatory overtime, including evenings and weekends, to meet critical production milestones.
